By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We provide Human Design reports, digital products, courses, and coaching. These services are intended for personal growth, education, and self-reflection only.
3. Disclaimers
• Not Medical Advice: Our services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for guidance on health-related issues.
• Not Psychological Advice: Our services are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed mental health professional immediately.
• Not Legal or Financial Advice: Our services do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals for these matters.
• Spiritual/Metaphysical Context: Human Design, astrology, and other metaphysical tools are interpretive frameworks. Results and interpretations are inherently subjective. We make no guarantees of accuracy, predictability, or effectiveness.
• Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services. We disclaim liability for any consequences arising from reliance on our materials.
4. Payment & Refunds
• All purchases must be paid in full at checkout, unless a payment plan is explicitly available.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (below).
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
• Meet My Human LLC owns all content.
• You may not reproduce, share, or resell our materials without permission.
• Purchased content is for personal use only.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
• Meet My Human is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use or misuse of our services.
• This includes lost profits, emotional distress, or personal, financial, relational, or health consequences of your decisions.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet My Human, its owners, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Utah govern these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America, located in the state of Utah.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services without refund if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately when posted.
1. Digital Products & Reports
• All Human Design reports and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
2. Courses & Programs
• Courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
• No refunds for missed live sessions.
3. Coaching Sessions
• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed or late-canceled sessions are non-refundable.
4. Subscription Services (if applicable)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• No prorated refunds: access remains until the end of the billing period.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are only granted for:
• Duplicate charges due to an error.
• Non-delivery of a product due to technical issues (if unresolved within 7 business days).
6. Disclaimers Related to Refunds
• Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with interpretive or subjective content, including Human Design readings, course teachings, or coaching sessions.
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Refund requests citing lack of transformation, healing, financial gain, or relationship improvement will not be honored.
7. Refund Requests
To request a refund under permitted exceptions, email hello@meetmyhuman.org with proof of payment and issue details.
